Returns and Shipping
Effective date: February 14, 2026. Most BioMeri offers are digital services delivered by email, not physical products.
1. Delivery (Digital Services)
Reports, confirmations, and course communication are delivered electronically. Delivery time depends on the selected service and current workload.
2. Shipping
No physical shipping is required for standard services. If a physical item is offered in the future, shipping terms will be shown at checkout.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
If work on your order has not started, you can request cancellation. Once analysis or course access has started, refunds are generally not available, except where required by law.
4. Order Issues
If you do not receive your deliverables or you were charged incorrectly, contact us through the contact page and include your order reference.
